1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sail Club mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Sail Club provides a digital platform for the global maritime community, including Skipper CV creation, boat management, crew matchmaking, and regatta tracking. We act as a facilitator and are not a party to any agreements or disputes between boat owners and crew members.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Boat & Crew Matchmaking

Users are responsible for verifying the qualifications, licenses, and insurance of any boat or crew member they connect with through the App. Sail Club does not conduct background checks or verify the sailing expertise claimed by users.

You retain ownership of the photos and data you upload. However, by posting content, you grant Sail Club a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content to provide our services (e.g., showing your boat profile in search results).

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, to harass other users, or to upload malware. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
