Race Office (event page → More menu) covers protest time limits, start violations, penalties, competitor requests, and the jury's hearing schedule.
Protest time limits
Set a deadline per race, scoped to the whole fleet, a class, or a division. Optionally publish it to the notice board so competitors can see it.
Start violations (OCS / UFD / BFD)
Listed per race, derived from finish status — to correct one, edit the finish entry on the race's Scoring tab, not here.
Penalty log
A record of penalties (e.g. turns taken) per boat/race, separate from scoring. Penalty records here do not affect scoring by themselves — to change a boat's score, edit its finish status (SCP/DSQ) on the Scoring tab instead. Can be published to the notice board.
Requests (Race Office)
Competitor-submitted requests — scoring inquiry, retirement, declaration, crew/equipment substitution, protest, redress, reopen hearing — with a status you move through submitted → in review → accepted/rejected, and a response you can send back.
Hearings
Schedule a hearing for one or more pending protest requests: room/location, date/time, parties and witnesses. Track status (scheduled → heard → decided) and record the decision.
