Registration form & payment info
Registration Form Settings (event page → More menu) controls what sailors must fill in on the public registration page, and whether online registration is open at all.
Enable / disable
Enable Online Registration toggles the public form. Disabled: the form is locked and no new registrations are accepted (existing entries are unaffected).
Field groups
- Contact Information — personal/organisational contact details collected from the registrant.
- Boat & Logistics — technical boat details and marina logistics.
- Operations & Social — event operations, merchandise, and social media coverage fields, including any payment / entry fee instructions you want shown to registrants (bank details, fee amount, deadlines — entered as free text here, since payments are not processed by the panel itself).
- Terms & Conditions — if you provide text here, sailors must tick "I Agree" before submitting.
Each field can be turned on or off individually; a disabled field simply doesn't appear on the public form.
Steps
- Open the event, More → Registration Form Settings.
- Toggle the fields you need per group, and fill in any payment/fee text under Operations & Social if you take entry fees.
- Save.
