Members & roles

Settings → Users (club administrators only) lists everyone with access to this club and their role.

Roles

• club_admin — full access: club settings, users, all events.
• club_manager — can manage events and their content, but not club settings or other users.
• Other roles the panel shows here follow the same split; if a menu item 403s for a teammate, check their role here first before assuming a bug.

Steps

• Invite someone: use the invite action on this page. They receive a link; accepting it grants the role you picked without needing an existing account.
• Change a role: pick the new role from the row's control and save.
• Remove access: remove the member from this page. They keep their personal account, just lose this club.

Notes

• Activity by every member is visible to admins under Settings → Activity Logs.
• System-wide settings (content reports, boat-ownership queue, club-access requests) are visible only to Sail Club system administrators, not club admins — if you don't see them, that's expected, not a bug.
